38 yrs old
I am currently 38 turning 39 in February, and trying for our first. We have only been trying since last month. So real new at this, I have never noticed signs of ovulation like I did this past month. I had hopes that it was early signs, but then af come. Has any of you tried taken your basal temperature and results. This cycle I would like to do that, any helpful types or advise
