Looking for advice

So I am expecting our 4th baby we are 8 weeks pregnant. I was looking for suggestions on how to tell the parents I babysit for that we are pregnant. Is it best to tell them face-to-face or is it appropriate via text message. I will also let them know that not much should change all my other pregnancies were healthy and I was able to work to the end of my pregnancy. I've always worked with kids but I was not always watching kids in my home. One thing that I am finding difficult is making my doctors appointments, that may be some trouble I run into but I'm trying my best to schedule them later in the day when I don't have kids. what do you guys think is best? And how do I go about saying so?!
