Can we make a master list of the things that work (or sometimes work) for our colicky LO? It would be nice to have something to reference for ideas when we are losing our wits trying to calm our babies. Here are a few things I have found:
1.) Bouncing. All the bouncing Mommy's knees can take. Sometimes while singing or shushing to the beat of the bounce. We use Mommy's exercise ball sometimes or go in our Baby B'jorn to bounce.
2.) Put baby up into burping position on shoulder, fold legs into a very high frog position and rub his back. Also, bounce.
3.) Go outside (and bounce). I think the temperature/lighting change are distracting.
