ok so i couldn't even sleep last night i'm freaking out so much i didn't get my period in september so i called my doctor and she told me to take provera twice a day for 5 days and that i should get my period after 3 to 7 days after finishing the pills, now i'm on day 4 post-provera and i haven't spotted or anything, what's wrong with me (also i don't know if i could be pregnant i had sex in august but i got a pretty abundant period that month and haven't had sex since)

please help i'm desperate
