TTC after Miscarriage also trying to lose weight too
On Sept 4,2017 I had a d&c; and I weighed 140 & still do. I'm stuck at this weight and I feel way to big and really down on my self a lot. I want to lose weight but I also love to eat anything I want lol. I have cut back on a lot of food I don't eat a lot like I did previously. I have cut it to eating 2 times a day and nothing is changing. Right now we are TTC and it says I won't ovulate for a few weeks so I want to get my body into a better cycle and maybe get help with a clean eating plan and a workout I could stick too without steering away from it. What do y'all think I could do to loose my stomach and som on my legso and build my butt more.
