16 week back pain already
I have a history or lower back pain that I finally got a handle on a few months before getting pregnant. now at only 4 months, it's starting to flare up a lot! I'm sleeping with a body pillow, stopped crossing my legs, and have been trying my best to engage my core while walking and squat when bending but day by saybita getting worse. I'm scared this will ruin me in a few months. any ideas to help?
