Sperm analysis question

Hi guys!

My gynecologist said since I have PCOS and a history of MCs, she will refer me to a fertility specialist after 6 months TTC regularly with no success. My fiancé moved in a few months ago (meaning we BD the very month at least 2-3 times during fertile week). I'm wondering if I go to my gynecologist then, meaning we haven't conceived, can she send my fiancé for a sperm analysts or does his primary do that, or do we just schedule one on our own? Confused with the process. Lol
