Trying to conceive!!

AF should have been here on the 26th of August never came.. about the 3rid of August I had a few wipes of this dark brown discharge maybe old blood not alot at all and maybe 2-3 times. September 26th comes and no AF again.. Have took multiple test all negative. My cycle is always really regular I've never missed a month.. I've been having symptoms like having too pee alot more so I went to convenient care because I though I had a uti mid August, they told me I didn't. Been feeling sick in the morning and around cetian moods. Have had some cramping in my stomach. If I wear my pants around my belly button it hurts. I feel really bloated all the time now. So I guess my question is what should be the next steps?
