Second +OPK in a cycle

Hey guys... I posted a pic last week thinking I got a positive opk based on my trends. I decided to take another one since Glow predicted ovulation today and it was unmistakably positive.

I did some research and found out it's not possible to ovulate more than once in a cycle. More than likely, the first positive did not actually release an egg. This time my symptoms are consistent with ovulation... cramps, CM.

Apparently if this happens regularly, it could be a sign of polycystic ovarian syndrome. I will continue to keep watching the trends (and trying for a baby!!)
