Welp Last Month Was A Drag 😞👎🏽, This Round AF Was 9 Days Late 😑. Really Weird. Light Really Light. No Cramps & No Clots. Except For One When I First Went To The Bathroom And Noticed The “Spotting” And It Was The Size Of A Quarter Maybe A Little Bigger But That’s It. Only 2 Days But It Wasn’t Like My Normal Period. I’m Trying To Calculate My Follicular Phase And Luteal Phase But Don’t Really Know How. Don’t Use OPKs Cause I’m Inconsistent. I’m Just A Little Off And Need Some Pointers To Regulate This Cycle Ig. Natural Stuff Preferably.
