Why is this happening??

This is my first month trying opk since I have irregular periods. I atarted testing at cd 9. Today is now cd 24 and I have been getting this and similar to this when I test at 1 pm everyday for the past whole week. I feel like I’m stuck here and there’s no peak in sight 😩 I have been testing with cb and same thing it says high for the past 7 days. No peak yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Did u peak eventually?
