Okay so I’m 18, new to tinder and I met this man we’ve been talking for a few months now he wants to meet up, I am 3 hours away from him but am willing to get a hotel for us! I am really worried, is a hotel safer than his home?

Many red flags here, why are you meeting for the first time at a hotel!? And why are you doing all the work with meeting and getting a hotel ? Maybe I don't know the whole story but this sounds very shady to me. Public place first, no need for a hotel room even if you been talking for three months
