Bleeding in pregnancy

Hey, I'm 22 +2 and the last couple of days I've had thrush which is fine I've spoken to my midwife about it and it's only the outer parts. But I've had the 'cottage cheese' looking discharge with some blood mixed in and I thought it was coming from somewhere outside, after checking it out it looked there was a little cut or tare, but now it's a bit more blood and had another check and it looked like it was coming from the inside. I'm not sure if it's because of the thrush or is it something else?

Can anybody help or advise please? It's nearly 10pm here and I don't want to go to the hospital/care doc if it's nothing I can go to my usual doc in the am.

I did feel baby kick earlier today too, not sure if it'll make a difference or not.
