anxious at night post baby
just wondering if anyone else experienced high anxiety at night before bedtime post baby? My daughter will be 10 weeks this week and for some reason at night I get kind of "spooky" and just full of anxiety. I lean on my husband to put her to bed. I am just fine when she wakes up between 4-6am and all day/evening and even for bath time around 8pm but after that I just am so anxious she won't go to sleep. Any other mama's experience this?! thanks!
