Implantation spotting?

Hi guys!

So I assume I’m 3-4 DPO according to OPKs... tonight I had sex with my SO and when I wiped after I peed it was like the picture below but there was nothing during sex and that was it... I NEVER spot this early & had a terrible migraine yesterday but don’t want to symptom spot! could it be implantation this early?! I read that it couldn’t but then somewhere I read it could be between 3-12 days. I may also be off on my days I ovulated I do not temp.
