Baby Cold Sore?!
Any ideas on what this is?! Appeared overnight, no fever, no change in behaviors or eating - he has an appointment tomorrow with Ped, not sure if I should call or just wait?
UPDATE: My daughter admitted to scratching her brother's lip last night and it added up with the fact there was skin still hanging on. Poor kid. He's in for a rough life.
