Stretch Mark Advice??

I was just curious as to what product/mixture you guys suggest to prevent stretch marks, i’ve heard so many different ones but i’m looking into buying a product soon.

You can’t prevent stretch marks. It’s in your genetics. If you are going to get them you cannot prevent it no matter what you use.

Keeping extremely hydrated & I use palmers cocoa butter formula complete stretch mark lotion. My friends who both have had babies swore by it so I got it. You have to apply it three times daily so it’s a little bit of work. But if it’s worth it in the end then I’m down for it.

I only got a single stretch mark on my hip while pregnant, and I credit that to staying EXTREMELY hydrated. I also used coconut oil almost every evening before bed. However, some women are just more prone to stretch marks than others.

It's genetic and you really don't have control over stretch marks, but staying hydrated helps with skin elasticity in general so that's most important. Using lotion or cream or oil may or may not help, but it does help prevent itchiness so it's not a complete waste. Plus if your SO rubs it on it just feels nice, so...
