Strange pressure feeling at 16 weeks

I’m having this weird not really painful but like a pressure feeling in the lower part of my stomach kind of on the left side. I’m 16 weeks pregnant and when I get up to walk is when it feels that way. If I like pick up my stomach it doesn’t feel as bad. Any idea what this is?
