Exercises and injuries

I was super excited to go hiking this summer but I fractured the bottom of my foot. I am now a couch potato and would like to get my butt moving.

Any suggestions on workouts that I can do with this injury? I'm still in an aircast so obviously running and hiking is out of the question.

Any suggestions on apps or websites for workouts would be helpful, too!
