im going crazy

my body has always been weird. now 7 months after giving birth to my handsome baby boy and right about 6 months of having my IUD Skyla I am experiencing the same symptoms I did when I got pregnant with my dear son. I still have 6 days before I can test or rather feel comfortable testing. the month of September I had spotting accompanied with lots of thick clear discharge. since then I have had the works, cramps, nausea, headaches, backaches, hungry all the time but after I want to vomit, and of course the dreaded heart burn. I'm eating roughly 6 tums a day give or take a few and now today I started experience upper back pain radiating from my right shoulder. normally it's been in the middle of my shoulder blades but today it's not. I'm going crazy. Everytime I use the bathroom I fight the urge to take the test. ugh only a week left. I can't wait to find out.
