TMI: Tiny bump on cervix

Last month I had to be put on antibiotics for a nasty UTI and had to stop my birth control during the time I was on antibiotics. My period still hasn’t come, but I’ve been spotting. I’m a few days late, and I checked to see what my cervical position was, and I felt a tiny bump. I hadn’t felt it earlier this week, but I got scared so I called my doctor and they set up an emergency exam for me for tomorrow afternoon. It was tiny and felt kind of like a tiny zit or something. Help? Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I’m really scared 😔
