Officially confused- this is a POSITIVE OPK right?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Officially confused 🤦🏼‍♀️... (background- have had two miscarriages).

I Usually get a positive opk around CD 15 making my cycle 29ish days. Last month I got a positive at CD 13.

This month I'm getting a positive opk (this IS positive right??) and today is only CD 12.

I need to know when I actually ovulate because I'm suppose to start progesterone 3-5 days after ovulation and if I start it before I actually ovulate it can prevent that from happening 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Thoughts why I keep getting positive opk earlier and earlier??
