Have you ever had a light period & it freaked you out?

I’m having a super light period, kinda spotty & it’s freaking me out. Cramps are the normal hell though!!  Just wanna see who all has experienced this.

That can be an indication that your cycle isn't healthy if you usual have moderate to heavy periods. You should mention it at your next visit with your obgyn and record the days the colors the flow and how much it filled the pad or tampon and the symptoms and moods. You should also track really closely this cycle on ovulation etc and record everything in those days too up to your next menstrual cycle. Do that for the next couple cycles as well so that you know what is more normal for you. There are things you could easily be missing. Make an appointment with that in obgyn soon though!
