panic attack | Cant move???

Bare with me, its a really weird thing that happened to me yesterday.

I was nursing my baby and i was going to head downstairs to talk to my husband so i went to turn off the fan.. I turn it off, start walking away and the fan turns on again !!!!! & i seen a black shadow standing 3 feet away from the fan so i get scared and HOLY SHIT

i freak out and start running to the stairs !!

When im about to start heading down the stairs i couldnt move, & i started having a panic attack my heart was pounding my chest was tight my legs couldnt move my head started to hurt a lot!!!!!

i was calling my husband to come crying screaming to help me!!!!!!

Guys, idk what to think about that :(
