I'm worried

I know I'm probably getting worried over nothing, but my husband went to get a new phone. His old one was deactivated, so I can't text or call him (I tried, nothing goes through). My mom needed me to pick up my little sister from school, so when I told my husband I wouldn't go with him, he said we would be back long before my sister was done. She finishes school at 2:30. It's almost 5, and I haven't heard from my husband. He's not home yet. He left before 1:00. I'm worried about him...
