possible pregnancy

so my aunt has been helping me try and get pregnant with my long term boyfriend we are both wanting a baby and after the stillbirth of my son Ryan in 2015 and both control right after I've been worried about not getting pregnant again but I recently took my nexplanon out in July and tracking my ovulation etc anyway I was with my aunt and she said that I had the pregnantcy glow I've had acid reflux and being moody etc I've taken many home pregnancy tests and they have all come up negative my period isnt until the 16th of this month so is it just too soon to take a test? ive done a lot of calculations of when my last period was and all of those tests have said I'm 2weeks 5-7 days or 3 weeks pregnant I really just done want to get my hopes up someone please help
