Getting my IUD removed 10/19

Getting my Mirena IUD removed 10/19. I can’t wait to start TTC with my fiancé. I’m hoping to be pregnant by end of November/December for a late summer, early fall baby. I should mention that I got my IUD placed mid June and experience spotting almost every day up until August! I also got my period in July, August, September and this month. It was just shorter and lighter than my regular flow, How long did it take other IUD users to conceive after it was removed?
