Is this normal? Almost 39 weeks pregnant

(FTM) Hey lady's I have been in and out of the hospital/doctor for false labor for weeks. Well today I had my appointment to schedule my induction for Saturday . Well i got a cervical check and I was still at 1cm ( I have been at 1 for a month) and I have had a lot of cervical checks. Well everything was fine. After the visit I just started feeling funny. Like something was different, I was having cramps on and off and headaches. And every time i walked it felt like my little girl was getting lower. Well when I got home I noticed a lot of brown blood. I kinda brushed it off because they say that can happen after a cervical check. And my baby was still moving good. Well I just checked again and I have a lot of brown blood all over my underwear. What can this be? Please help. I never spotted after all the cervical checks iv had. So I'm so confused
