Baby mimicking?

At around 7 weeks, my son started mimicking simple sounds. At first I thought it was just coincidence, but he keeps doing it. For example, I can say "ohhh" and he will repeat the same thing after me for about 5-10 times while smiling until he gets distracted. Now I can say his name (2 syllables), and he repeats 2 syllables back to me in the same tone (obviously not saying it properly by any means). I feel like this is super early. Is anyone else's August baby mimicking yet?
