What the heck is going on?

Okay so my last period was August 9th and since then I've had like 4 days of very light spotting. It was just when I would wipe and it was a brownish color... I took a test and it had a super faint line but it didn't even look like a complete line... I took another cheap one and it didn't have a line at all. It's now October 10th and I've had zero symptoms. I normally have really sore breasts and break out badly but I haven't had either of those so... I'm super confused
