Did I mistake my AF for implantation?

So I’ve been cramping nonstop since after ovulation. Midway my breasts got SUPER sore and my nipples are like sensitive and painful.

My AF is suppose to start today (12th). I recently realized I have/started getting a yeast infection. So I started this 3-7 day treatment and going to do it even if I’m on my AF (if it doesn’t decide to come).

Yesterday morning I woke up to use the restroom and when I wiped I had blood (wasn’t a crazy amount but enough to think I was starting). Figured it was my AF. All morning long and basically all day I have a dull stomach/pelvic pain. Felt like my period was starting.

I just went to use the restroom again and there no sign of bleeding. I wiped and wiped and nothing. Normally when I bleed, I BLEED. It’s like I’m having an aunty flo for two. I also just started having random pinching or little “pokes” on my lower back/side and pelvic / uterus area. I only get cramps now when I need to let some air out.

Is the treatment for my yeast infection delaying my period or is this normal? I’ve tested three days in a row and so far it’s all been negative. Had a “faint” line on a clear blue test four days ago but I’m pretty sure it’s just a crappy test.
