Can implantation occur the day your period is expected?

My AF is technically suppose to start today. Yesterday morning I noticed a good amount of blood to make me think my AF started a little early (now that I think about it, it was more of a pink color instead of red). At the end of the day my pad wasn’t even full.

Now I’ve been having random pinching/poking feelings in my lower back/hip and pelvic area.

It feels like my period is about to start due to cramping smack in the middle of my pelvic. But I’ve been having dull cramps since the day after my ovulation.

My symptoms for the past two weeks were dull cramps to moderate cramping & sore nipple/tender breasts.

I will mention, I just started using yeast infection cream and applicator stuff but only for a day now. Perhaps that has something to do with it?
