Dream Madness 🙈🙈

My fiance and i have been ttc for 2 years and are now waiting for our IVF to start because I lost both fallopian tubes thanks to two ectopics...lately I keep having dreams about having a baby but they are always mad. Last night's dream was that we had a baby girl but we were really unprepared and only had three baby grows and nothing else. So I went to the shop to get stuff and my boobs were aching and started leaking milk in the middle of Tesco and I was panicking that I needed to buy a breast pump but couldn't afford it and in the panic someone stole my baby and threw them in the bin!! My Fiance says I need help and I'm inclined to agree 😂😂😂😂
