HCG question for dating pregnancy

So I got bloodwork done yesterday. My doctor thinks I am 4-5 weeks not with the results in he just guessed. I myself and my partner think I'm closer to 8 weeks. My blood work that came back was 69170 for my hcg levels. Is that too high for 4-5 weeks? I had a miscarriage last month but it cycled itself like a normal period I'm pretty sure. My pregnancy test (at home preg test only accurate after three days of missed period test no sooner.) was positive on the 15th on sept. I'm just trying to figure out how far I am
