A guy coming between us

My best friend and I are currently fighting because she thinks I talk too much about the guy I’m hooking up with (whom she hates and claims is an *sshole to her). Which sometimes he is but she’s also the one who keeps messaging him back. She also said I talk about my ex too much (whom I’ve brought up twice) and I brought him up cause I learned he had a new gf and I was upset about it. She claims that I’m making room for this guy I’m hooking up with in my life which can’t be true cause I only talk to her so theres not much to move around. He’s nice to me which may only be because he wants sex but he genuinely opens up to me about stuff he hasn’t told other people. I don’t thinks he’s as bad as she thinks he is. But I guess that all I do is bring drama to her life and that’s why she left high school. Idk what to do. She’s the only person I have to talk to about my sex life but it just pisses her off.
