Yeast during pregnancy

So my doctors office sent me a letter saying my Pap smear came back looking normal, it said they noted yeast but this is normal and if any itching or irritation occurs to use an over the counter cream for yeast infections. I haven't had any itching or irritation, however I do have discharge almost always when I wipe, not a ton but more than usual.

Does anyone else have this? Does/Could this affect my significant other if we have sex ( could it give him a yeast infection and make him irritated?)
