Clearblue advanced ovulation confusion!

Hello anyone who is familiar with clearblue ovulation tests,

Can someone explain to me why some months I get 4 days of flashing smiley face before I get my solid smiley face and other months I can only have one day of flashing before peak solid smiley face?

My question is, on the months when I have lots of flashing days does this mean I'm more fertile? Have I got more of the hormone or something? This month I had 4 days of flashing unlike last month where I had just one day. Hoping it's a good sign.
