what else can i do?

im a junior in High school & was applying for a college program that allows you to get grants, scholarships & visit different college campuses. i went to turn it in & the sponsor told me im not eligible because im not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Im a part of the 800,000 daca dreamers & this truly left me feeling devastated because I am trying my hardest in school. I was brought to the U.S. at the age of 5, I was raised here & is the only place I know as home. I have little to no memory of my "home country."

I feel discouraged because what am I supposed to do if colleges don't accept me either because im not "eligible?"

I take advanced classes, im active in extracurricular activities & always think of what I want for my future. it saddens me because I know people born here who bs school without realizing the grand opportunity they're not taking advantage of
