I’ve read a few of you say not to use your urine first thing in the morning because it can throw the results off, but the directions on the test say to test first thing in the morning...which is it?

What brand are you using? I think Clearblue is supposed to be fmu but others are supposed to be taken later

mine are twice a day around ten in the morning after you have been up for a few hrs and evening time my evening times are darker than my morning so I'd do evening but with me I'm still testing twice a day. slowly getting darker good luck to you
