How to cope with jealousy?

My husband has never given me a reason to assume he would cheat or do anything that made me think he might... but I just get so worried and nervous about it. 
Especially with the weight gain from pregnancy, I was in tears this morning when he left for work thinking he might leave me now

Faith and perseverance. When you feel those thoughts creep up tell yourself positive things, I always tell myself "you are lovable, and he is a good man, you deserve happiness, don't let this get to you". It's hard, but it only hurts, just positive thinking and thought pattern changing.
