Is this normal?

10 weeks 5 days and have been quite lucky with regards to pregnancy sysmptoms apart from some tiredness and sore tender nipples. I’ve noticed this week my Nipples are no longer sore! My resting heart rate increased slightly but has now decreased again but still higher then what it is normally. I have my 12 week scan on the 24th. I’m trying not to worry as have no real reason too but I suffered a miscarriage earlier this year (I did have bleeding and cramps) with that. It’s maybe just anxiety until I see the scan and know everything is ok.
