Hi! I am 8w4d. I was diagnosed last week with a small SCH, and I have been bleeding red blood consistently for the past 7 days, with heavier bleeding the past 4 days. I have been told by my OB that I have no restrictions on activity, which I think is a good sign. I have had three ultrasounds to monitor the bleed.

I have never posted on a message board before, and I suppose I am looking for encouragement and to hear of others experiences with this issue. How long did your red bleeding continue? Did most heal by the end of the first trimester? Is bedrest no longer thought to be effective?

This bleed is really doing a number on me, and I am trying to stay positive! Thanks!
