6h in A&E after a bleed and still no answers

So I went to the loo earlier and there was blood and clots on the tissue. I double check where it cane from but there was nothing obvious. I get up to flush and see this...

So I call the maternity ward. I'm advised to out on a towel and monitor and if there's any concern to go to their maternity emergency ward. So after speaking to my manager I go home, get my notes and go to hospital with my husband.

i go to regular A&E; but am sent to the pregnancy A&E; where I get seen by a midwife, a nurse and explain that I'm not sure did it is even vaginal, but wether it's blood in my it in or bowel, I'm concerned. after a total of 6hours and 45min in the hospital, I finally get to see a Dr, who does an internal exam (similar to a smear) and he can't see any sign of blood or any issues, so sends me home.

i dont feel as if i over reacted by going to hospital but i was very upset to be sent home with no explination and not so much as a urin sample or someone looking at anything but my uterus.

I know no one like to talk about this stuff but has anyone had an issue like this? Any ideas what it might be? (I feel it could be bowel related) The doctors have been no help and if it happens again they have made it clear that I'm wasting my time going back.
