Baby heart beat??

So I'm currently 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I have a home doppler and decided to try it out today. I'm picking up a heart beat right below my belly button, I know you can pick you your own heart beat beside your pelvic bone on each side but wasn't sure if I'm picking up my heartbeat but the babies, I also heard a another sound that kinda sounded like wind lol and I could hear the heart beat behind it, the doppler couldn't read it I guess because the other sound I could hear. Any nurse friends out there that can explain it to me? Lol
