So this is gunna be a long post, just to warn you all🙄 so sorry beforehand!

I'm in need of urgent advice;

Basically when I found out I was pregnant I was still with the father of my unborn child, we were working in France with a UK company for a season. He told me he took at loan out under his name to help support him when we came back to the UK while he searched for a job ( my job in the U.K. was on hold) and I was like okey fair enough! Anyway I had a bad start to the pregnancy and came back to the UK because I have hyperemesis. When I came back I had letters from my bank saying I had taken a loan out under my account.. of course I was like what the fuck?🤔 I rang the police, and put a hold on my accounts and clicked on that he had committed fraud under my account. I then didn't speak to him for weeks after I confronted him and he eventually admitted it was him. Anyway, he has to pay this back unless he wants to get arrested😑

So I was extremely ill with my hyperemesis and in and out of hospital for the next 4 months and yeah he came up everyday and supported me. I was supposed to move in when I was about 20 something weeks but when I went round for most nights and weekend to prepare our home he was just fricking lazy, I did the nursery to the best I could and I tried to update the house were needed while he wasn't working and just sat on his ass every day and night😠 man there is only so much a pregnant women can take and I went to my mums and told her I've had enough.. she took me in that night and I went and destroyed my nursery and packed everything up that was my unborn sons and took it all to my mums! I've been at mums since until I can get a suitable place for myself and my baby boy! Moving on we haven't been together since but I've met up and given him time with bump and he's got me a couple of essential items for little man.

So I made it clear after he took that loan out I didn't want him in the room of the birth or on the certificate... okey maybe it's harsh but I have many reasons😐

He was fine at first but for the last month of so he's getting fricking nasty about it with me

So today I had my 34 week mw appointment and it didn't go well... I was measuring extremely small for how far along I am and now have a growth scan next week to have things checked over.. I told him obviously as I thought I better let him know😶 WORST MISTAKE!!! He wanted to see my medical notes for proof.. he then said I'm coming to the scan whether I like it or not. After I said my mum is coming because she is the birthing partner. So he kicked off about how he has some sort of rights to come and be at the scan and what not. ( didn't wanna comfort the girl in tears on the phone or anything cause she worrying) he literally just ripped into me about it all😐 and I'm there not being able to hold it together as I went into thought about how I'm failing my son🙁

Then he starts blaming everything on me and what not.

My question is am I in the wrong? What the hell should I do now as he's threatening court. Am I wrong for saying no to this emergency scan? 😩
