30 day no contact rule??

I need help :( I've started to implement the "no contact rule" with my ex because I'm tired of us not being "official" . Has anyone done this or have any advice on how to peak his interest for commitment?

background - together 2 yes ( I dumped him) for the last 3 years we have done EVERYTHING together , living together,making plans together etc.. I miscarried 2 years ago. He is always saying how much he loves me wants to have a home with me but within a week or months he still says it yet then reminds me "we are not together" so I'm done with that!!!

He asked me to move with him for us yo find a place together again which will inçlude having his kids around me and our place I said yes but then I had yet another reason to not do 8t because I want us to be engaged or something. because of our blow up during that time I knew I had to move for a job I really want with or without him, so I did !! He does not know where I live and I've had minimal contact with him. this is a man that has never ever not had control with me. solo now he knows i will not have sex with him, he knows I've moved without him.

he gas reached out to beg for sex, tried yo secretly find out where I am and says how much he misses me. BUT I can tell he thinks its just a matter of time as usual for me to continue a relationship on his terms!! 😕

Advice please ladies I love him so damn much. I want my a family with just him.
