Ladies I need your help | Freaking out. 😳

So my ex credit card information was on my wayfair account, I didn’t know until just know my credit card information on there as well. Before I place my credit card information on his card I didn’t notice his information was still there. I added somethings into my cart which was $68.89 and $119.29. *Ladies remember I didn’t know his information was there* so moral of the story his everything went through and I was a little In shock because usually takes you to a card information in order to purchase the items. So I went to sleep and I woke up around 1:29 my ex sent me a message saying I was a “fraud” and “he was going to see what the police has to say” I was like “What is he talking about, what’s going on?” So I went to my account his information was there so I freaked out and I told him I didn’t know and I would cancel the order. It takes 3 to 5 business days for the process. Which shouldn’t be a problem I can cancel the items and let wayfair handle the rest. I looked up “fraud” and what could happen when I see everything I was so scared because I’m pregnant, I’m 18, I never convicted a felony, never been to jail, I have a job I love and I don’t want to put that in my history to where its so hard to get a job. What you ladies think? I’m really scared and don’t know what to do. I cancel the orders and told him I was so sorry and I didn’t know his card information was in there until now...
