I say neither because no one is there to satisfy someone’s every sexual need to place blame.

I believe in a husband and wife not denying each other as a general pattern. A marriage is about giving of yourselves to meet the other's needs (it should go both ways). My husband would never ever force or coerce me to have sex, nor would he resort to porn and masturbation if I said no, but as a general rule I also say "yes" as much as possible when he asks. It doesn't mean I say yes every time--sometimes I am too exhausted or not feeling well--but generally I do.
His sex drive is higher than mine, but even if I don't feel the need for an orgasm at that moment I can always enjoy the closeness and intimacy. If I'm tired, he's ok with a "quickie". If we have more time, even if I started out not in the mood, he is a good partner so I always end up in the mood.
I don't agree with blaming the wife for a husband cheating (in whatever way the couple views is cheating). Even if a wife frequently says no, a husband is still accountable for his own actions.

My husband can masturbate, but like any normal healthy person without a porn addiction, he can do so WITHOUT porn. That's what is wrong here.
