Could I be pregnant?

Hiya everyone I’m Carley and I am 18 years old. I’ve had my period since I was 11. So 7 years... the last 2 weeks I have had the worst cramps of my life. I have to stop where I am and bend over in pain. These cramps aren’t in their original area they are supposed to be (like the lower abdomen) mine seem to actually bc at the top of my uterus like by my vagina. I was supposed to start my period around the 4 but I was convinced that the human body changes every 7 years so maybe my body could just be changing? I don’t know what to do about these cramps and when I take Advil or cramp reliever it seems to make them worse... 😔

So I need some advice on what to do. Should I buy a pregnancy test just to see? Anything welcome just please no negativity ❤️
