lexapro withdrawls

hi I've been on Lexapro for 2 months now. been on 20mg for 1 month. i stopped taking the meds because it made my depression worse and had suicidal thoughts. my question is can i do anything to stop the symptoms? monday i go see my dr to get new meds. when i start taking the new meds will the withdrawls stop? i know i probably shouldn't have stopped the pills like this but i was dumb. anyone help? anything that can help ? thanks!
